DT 1803 Discretion in Appendix FM Applications - 1 space available

This session will be in the form of an interactive seminar on the more complex scenarios in family immigration. We will discuss cases which do not fall squarely under the rules and require exercise of discretion. The rules identify situations requiring or permitting exercise of discretion and Home Office guidance documents are aimed at providing some insight on how discretion is to be exercised. Further insights come from the developments in case law on Article 8.
