Tutor biographies:

Tom Brett-Young has been working in the field of UK immigration and nationality law since 2004 and was admitted as a solicitor in October 2007 (currently non-practising) having trained with Birmingham immigration solicitors, Wornham & Co.  He is currently a non-practising solicitor and OISC level 3 adviser for ASG Immigration and has been training for ILPA since 2009.  Tom advises individual and corporate clients on all aspects of UK immigration and nationality law, including sponsor licence applications and delivering training on business immigration to corporate clients.


Aamilah Hussnain (previously known as Katie Fonteyn) is a Senior Immigration Adviser for ASG Immigration and has been advising clients on UK immigration and nationality law since May 2007.  Aamilah assists a variety of organisations, large and small, on the transfer of senior executives and specialist workers into the UK under various categories, including those within the Points-based System. She also advises private clients wishing to invest or establish businesses in the UK.  Aamilah delivers training on business immigration to corporate clients.
