DT 1439 Initiating and Running an Immigration Judicial Review (Birmingham)
At the end of this session delegates will have an up to date guide on how to initiate a JR from public funding and pre-action steps to lodging. Delegates will also be guided through the procedural stages from permission on the papers to renewal to an oral permission hearing up until the substantive hearing.
