DT 1477 Challenging immigration decisions, appeal rights and other remedies

It’s back: ILPA’s thoroughly practical guide to everything you ever wanted to know about all the ways to challenge immigration decisions, of whatever type and wherever made.  In-country appeals; out of country appeals; judicial reviews and administrative reviews – the course will provide an overview of the technical and practical scope and limitations of each with particular emphasis on the statutory appeals regime, exceptions and limitations.  These issues continue to cause confusion and controversy, and the state of play on challenging immigration decisions remains a complex and changing area to which the higher courts have needed to return several times over the past year and in respect of which more legislative fiddling is intended.  The course will bring practitioners right up to date on the current position.

Feedback from the last session: "Outstanding! Good summary of crucial points, including new developments."
