DT 1488 Family reunion for refugees

In this session Stefan Vnuk (Lawrence Lupin Solicitors) and Edward Nicholson (No 5 Chambers) provide comprehensive training on the current state of the law and the Home Office’s policy regarding the family reunion of refugees. The session will equip attendees with the means to maximise their clients’ chances of achieving family. The course is for everyone working with or advising people who have been recognised as refugees status or granted humanitarian protection and who hope to enable their family members to join them in the UK. No previous knowledge is required.

Feedback from Stefan and Edward's previous session:
"Very good course"
"Great speakers - food for thought and tactics for the future to help us battle this difficult area. Very clear, and novel ways to consider cases"
"I found it all useful. Mix of law and practice and possible arguments to be made"
