DT 1498 Advanced Naturalisation

Alison Harvey and Adrian Berry are both contributors to Fransman’s British Nationality Law  and have written and lectured widely on this area.  They will look at developments in good character requirements, at the complexities of residence and at tactics and strategies.  Advanced, in-depth training for those keen to develop expertise in this area.

Adrian Berry is a barrister at Garden Court Chambers.  Chambers UK describes him thus:” has a "first-class brain" ... Amongst other things, he stands out for his expertise in British nationality matters.”  He is a member of ILPA’s Executive Committee. 

Alison Harvey is a non-practising barrister and Legal Director of ILPA. She has written widely on nationality law. 

 Adrian Berry and Alison Harvey are both contributors to Fransman’s British Nationality Law (3rd edition, 2011) and have a particular interest in complex nationality questions both in the UK and overseas. Both of them have been involved in (successful) parliamentary lobbying to change nationality law as it deals with the registration of children.
