The Journal of Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law is the official journal of the Immigration Law
Practitioners' Association. Each edition includes articles on matters of UK, European and international immigration, asylum and nationality law, expert commentaries and practice notes that are of interest and of use both to practitioners and researchers. The editorial board includes both academics and practitioners.
