 Minority Development & Advocacy is a reputable and charitable organisation that specializes in Asylum, Human Rights and Immigration cases. MDA works in partnerships with Universities and Think Tanks on issues regarding Minority and Disadvantaged groups. We are looking for an exceptional Asylum and Immigration Solicitor / Caseworker to join our small, friendly team and the successful candidate will start as soon as possible.

Applicants should have an interest in Asylum, Immigration and Nationality casework and ideally accredited as a Supervisor at Level 2 in the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme. Applicants who are accredited at IAAS Level 2 are also welcomed to apply.

If appointed, you will be responsible for delivering our Immigration and Asylum LAA contract, including appeals and judicial reviews in Tribunals and the higher courts, and also providing advice through our specialist telephone advice line.
